WHAT’S INCLUDED:

Storm chasing with our world-renowned veteran tour guides and Meteorologists, your own hotel room each night for the duration of your tour with an equal amount of lodging nights to chase days including the night before your first chase day through the night before your last chase day, forecasting classes/briefings and in-field learning sessions with our team Meteorologists and guides, storm photography and videography instruction and a great deal more!
Off day activities (if needed) include visiting places like Wakita, Oklahoma and the Twister Museum on a custom tour, Greensburg, Kansas, site of the first devasting EF5 tornado and the exhibit there, the Tim Samaras memorial in El Reno, National Parks like Garden of the Gods in the Rockies, Colorado, Mount Rushmore and the Badlands South Dakota, and much more! (location dependent).

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED:

DEPOSITS:

Booking a tour with us requires a deposit that counts towards the total amount due. The final payment is due on March 1st in the same year as your tour. Guests booking after March 1st in the same year of their tour will have payment in full due date of April 1st. Guests purchasing a seat after April 1st in the same year of their tour must pay in full at booking. Please keep in mind we do not offer refunds or transfers of any kind on deposits made. We have a limited refund policy on payment in full or final payments. More information about our payment policies is available before purchase during the checkout process under our refunds and restrictions agreement.

DISCOUNTS AND FEES:

MILITARY / LEO / FIRST RESPONDER: contact us to receive a special coupon code before your purchase.
SHARED ROOM SAVINGS: For traveling with a pre-determined partner in your group. We do not matchmake room sharing. Shared room discount applies to each tour seat individually. Selecting this discount will be available upon checkout when purchasing more than one tour seat on the same tour. Please contact us prior to booking if sharing a room with three or more guests for an additional coupon code and details. Savings amount varies based on tour length.
We offer credit / debit card processing through Stripe for your convenience, but it does have an associated fee. (Credit Card payments and mailed checks are only accepted for those in the U.S. or Canada, those outside of these countries must make payment using our bank transfer payment method only) If you’d like to avoid the added cost, choose our Bank Wire Process (International or Domestic), or select the Mail In Check option. If reserving a tour with a deposit, the final amount must be paid using the same method as you used to make the deposit. Any discounts will be applied to the final payment and not the deposit amount if reserving with a deposit.
